Policies

All courses need to be paid in full except when a flexible payment plan is chosen.

Each course requires a non-refundable payment of the course in full. A notice of 48 hours is required if you would like to cancel a course. In this case, the cost of the course will be transferred onto another selected course. Courses purchased using the flexible payment methods would be eligible for a 14 day ‘Cooling Off’ period which begins from the agreed date of plan commencement and expires after 14 days or as soon as any part of the course is redeemed e.g. attendance of a training day.

Cancellations

A notice of 48 hours is required if you would like to cancel a course. In this case, any monies paid will be transferred onto another selected course or administration fees of £25.00 will be charged to those who choose the flexible payment plan options.

Under this policy, you may cancel your purchase of the course within the period of 14 calendar days from the date on which the contract of purchase is concluded. This is called a "Cancellation Period". Note that if you redeem your voucher during the Cancellation Period, you expressly request us to begin providing the course materials and you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel the purchase of the course and get any refund for it.

Refunds

Training will not be refundable. You will be given the opportunity to rebook a course.
